I'm an Engineering Manager at Freshworks with 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems and observability platforms. I currently lead the Observability Platform team, where we build and operate infrastructure for Logs, Traces, Metrics, Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, and Profiling — handling 400+ TB/day of telemetry across 200+ tenants.
My focus is on platform reliability, performance, and developer experience — enabling engineering teams to move faster through intuitive dashboards, self-serve tooling, and cross-functional collaboration.
I'm deeply passionate about OpenSearch and its ecosystem, and I actively engage with the community to share learnings around large-scale search, log analytics, and observability at scale.
